Welcome to Everything About Wealth! This initiative is dedicated to empowering and supporting underserved communities with financial education and access to resources that help families achieve lasting prosperity. This our higher purpose pursuit also known as an infinite game!
As someone born in the Dominican Republic, I’ve experienced firsthand the value of hard work, family support, and a bit of luck in building success. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to achieve stability and success in real estate, and now I want to share those lessons to help others in the community create a prosperous future for their families.

What Does Prosperity Mean?
In my experience, prosperity has several levels:

Financial Stability: The ability to cover expenses and live without financial stress.

Homeownership: Owning a primary home, building equity as values rise and the mortgage principal decreases.

Investments: Exploring opportunities in businesses, stocks, and real estate to build wealth.

Financial Independence: Living off passive income and working because you want to, not because you have to.
While entrepreneurship can be a path to financial independence, I recognize it’s not for everyone. A fulfilling career as an employee can also lead to success. My goal is to provide actionable information to help you choose and achieve your ideal path.

About Denny
My journey into financial education and real estate began with a Bachelor’s in Management and a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida, followed by a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida. These experiences, combined with over 20 years in the industry, have equipped me to guide others toward financial stability and success.
In 2005, I started as a financial advisor at Primerica, gaining expertise in insurance, debt management, and investments. Inspired by Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2008, I delved into real estate, eventually joining Central Florida Realty Investors and serving on its Board of Directors. My journey included flipping properties, managing rental units, and investing in multifamily housing, culminating in the acquisition of over 118 units and managing $2 million in investor capital.
Today, I focus on real estate development and Missing Middle housing, aiming to create attainable, community-oriented lifestyle projects. Alongside my business, I’m passionate about volunteering, mentoring, and supporting local organizations like Take Stock in Children and Toastmasters.
